Came in with a scheduled appointment and didn't have any problems. Everything was smooth. A little wait time in between, but it's not too much. Ellie, assisted me and was very thorough in the next steps. Would highly recommend.

All of the young women who worked there were very nice and reassuring! The Captain took good care of me, as well as my tech! The only thing I didn’t like was that the phone line people didn’t tell me about the insurance policies, so I had to pay out of pocket. I was able to pick up the phone and schedule an appointment immediately. Once I got to the office, I was taken care of right away, with friendly faces and conversations. The Irondequoit location has great CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE!

Staff are very friendly and nice. They answered all my questions and made the new patient experience very simple. I worked with Sully and Dr Kim and both were a great team today while operating on me. Dr Kim will actually explain everything she does while operating, considerate, and efficient. You can tell she loves and finds passion in her profession. Important

I have met an awesome and amazing young lady by the name of Ellie. She was so helpful. Kind and understanding of my situation. She went out of her way to assist me with every aspect of my treatment. When I was in the office I felt so relaxed and comfortable with all of her work. What a pleasure and honor dealing with this marvelous young lady. Thank you so much for an incredible person like Eillie. She was a God sent to have in my life.
